Rye Vodka

Our Vodka is handmade from 100% BC rye grain, grown in the Peace river region of BC.

It is twice-distilled, the second time through our 18 plate column still. The column is so high we had to cut a hole through our ceiling to build it!

This column distillation allows us to create an incredibly pure base spirit, which we then chill filter for an even smoother finish.

Use it in your favourite vodka cocktails from Martinis to Caesars or enjoy its natural sweetness and spice notes all on its own!

Tasting Notes

Nose Soft oak, dried stone fruit, 

Palate Caramel, light smoke, marzipan

Finish Long with spice and black pepper finish.
